Grief touches many aspects of life and wellbeing. The Self Assessment is a tool for you check in with yourself to see how you are doing. The score is SIMPLY a REFERENCE POINT. There are a few indicators that will direct you to reach out to a medical professional you will see as you go through the questions.
Many people are looking to “feel better.” These questions can help you begin to identify a “doing better.” At the end of the day, only YOU can answer what that will look like for YOU.
I encourage you to take the assessment every month to show yourself your own changes through your grief.
