Self Assessments are an excellent tool to check-in and reflect on how you are doing.
There are so many right ways to grieve. Essentially, there are no wrong answers for these assessments. The questions simply provide you with information.
Self Assessments are released once a month. You will receive an email with your completed assessment for you to look back and see how you are doing over time.
You will have reflection prompts each month. Journaling, simply reviewing or reflecting encourages an active participation in your grief development. Grief isn’t just happening to you. You have so much to offer to your growth.
I encourage you to get a notebook or folder (physical or on your computer/device) to keep your assessments and thoughts.
