Wellbeing is a big concept that is quite responsive to change in your life.
Here is a simple activity for you.
Take a piece of paper and draw a circle to make a pie with eight pieces.
Label the slices:
Consider the center of the pie as 0 or not fulfilled and the wide edge as 10 or fulfilled. Color in each pie piece with your level of fulfillment. This gives you a picture of how you are doing.
Wellbeing is being okay with where you are in various aspects of life. Keep in mind… you will not be completely fulfilled in all categories.
There may be some that you are at a 0 and some that are 3/4 filled. This exercise gives you a chance to identify where more focus could improve wellbeing. Your wellbeing chart can shift and influence overall wellbeing when you feel better in one area.
Take some time to write or reflect: What did you learn about yourself? What area could use some attention? Where are you fulfilled?
