Tap into your Inner Champion and use your Positive Statement Stash. You’ve created a list of positive statements over the last weeks that can attend to an active Inner Critic, your negative self talk. Use those positive statements to help you realign your thought process. Circling back can be good thing, especially when we are looking at positivity. Through all this work, your Inner Critic is going to continue to try to grab your attention. You’ve got the tools now to calm that negativity and switch gears. You got this!
