I learned carefree timelessness from a sweet little woman who attended a grief group I led as an intern. She learned it from a poster in a professionals office. You know, one of those motivational posters… With some research, I learned more about it from Matthew Kelly. I set out to learn about this and began my practice with both my lovely grandmothers. I now experience carefree timelessness with my come-as-you-are friends, sweet neighbors and new relationships, really whenever the time is right.
Carefree timelessness… The beauty is in the simplicity. Connect. Share. Love. Stay in the flow of the present moment. When the moment feels right, the visiting is complete.
That’s it. Give carefree timelessness a try. See how it works for you. The time may be 30 minutes or hours. Stay open to the possibilities and the deepening of connection with those in your life.
