The weekend is here…
Take a look at what is on the agenda. Does it look busy or not? What do you think about that? Anything that peaks your interests? Something you don’t want to do?
Now the important question is how will you honor your grief this weekend?
Take some time to develop grief awareness, maybe 15 minutes or more, in the morning each day. That could be reminiscing, looking at pictures, listening to music, walking, or meditating. Make grief intentional today. See, grief doesn’t “just happen” to you. It’s a part of your life experience. It seems to “happen” when you try to ignore it or pretend it’s not there.
Your loss is real… so is your grief. Give it a little attention this weekend before you head out or do your weekend things.
