Last week, we looked at gifts. Today is about learning from each other… What did your Loved One teach you? What did you teach them?
When I was younger, my family was all about learning from different things that happened in our lives. I believe this helps us to gain wisdom as we reflect. Lessons learned may be those tough trials. Sometimes, it can be the basics of living like tying shoes, riding a bike or no selfies in the bathroom. Take some time to think about this… Revisit this lesson as often as you like.
Questions to get you started:
- What was your role in the relationship with your Loved One?
- Where there life lessons shared?
- How were values similar or different in life situations?
- How did you address problems together?
- How did you share life challenges with each other?
- When you didn’t agree, what did you take away from those situations?
- Did they share thoughts or ideas that helped you grow or expand your perspective?
STORY PROMPTS:
