My goodness, you have explored so many stories during the last weeks. This is the final lesson of the program. Please revisit the different lessons and explore topics. You know for yourself, which topics you may have had trouble deciding wish which story to dive deeper. Go back into that lesson’s work and write more. You have the tools here to support you along the way.
Today, we look at what have you learned in your grief. This is really important for you to see your growth over time. This IS your story and it is completely unique to you. If you’ve made it to this place, I can certainly say you are more aware than when you began. However, it’s most important for you to know that for yourself.
Questions for you to ponder:
- How did you experience revisiting the death story?
- What type of memories were coming forward at the beginning of the program? What about now?
- There’s no doubt that life is new right now… how do you relate to pieces of your life before the death? What pieces are still important and which are now not important to you?
- How do you see yourself changing over time?
- What is your understanding of your grief?

Today’s 1-Minute Calming/Grounding Exercise is the Brief Energy Correction (BEC) The video is exactly 1 minute and it will take you through the exercise slowly.
Continue the steps at your own pace for another 5-10 cycles as you need. Check in with your pain, your upset and measure it… Work to bring your upset down 3-5 points on a 10 point scale…
