Positivity is within your reach…
Of course, we will have tough moments now and again… Living with positivity adjusts the lense on our everyday lives and returns the choices of the day back to our intentional selves… What does that mean??? Right?
7 Week Mindset Reset is a practical approach to living with Positivity and draws on the work of Dr. Rick Hanson. Dr. Hanson has developed the HEAL Method – Have, Enhance, Absorb, and Link.

I’ve followed Dr. Hanson’s work and it has personally changed my life. I found that I was already doing many of the things he’s researched and written about… separately, before sitting in a seminar and hearing him explain my reaching for what he calls “Taking in the Good.” Neuroplacticity – the big word for our brain’s ability change & adapts by putting the pieces together of what we experience & responses to those experiences – It’s the magic sauce… (I’m totally geeking out on you now….) I love how research validates our experiences!!!
I’m not just repeated Dr. Hanson’s work… that’s for sure… Though I must recognize his contribution to my growth and all his work to develop a method to program our brains for the positive.
Within the 7 weeks:
- You will practice daily intention setting
- Learn to notice small sparks of enjoyment in your life through your senses
- Use photography or a drawing journal to capture your observations of enjoyment
- Revisit and share your experiences
- Hold onto enjoyment for a bit longer
- Using your collection of imagery and statements on tough days and moments
Thriving and living a positive life is not just learned through one person… it’s a compilation of learning from great minds… People like Martin Seligman, Eckhart Tolle, Dr. Joe Witale, Dawson Church, and Naveen Jain.
It’s remaining CURIOUS and REFLECTIVE… not just expecting life to be filled with rainbows and butterflies… it’s the ability to see and experience it when it comes along.
It’s finding YOUR RHYTHM within the ebb and flow of life.
It’s finding YOUR WAY to experiencing the good… maybe it’s meditation, maybe it’s observation, maybe it’s movement. That’s for you to determine for you.
I can’t wait to get started with you.
You will also have 3 Bonus Weeks to continue the practice as you continue to make it your own.
Are you ready to begin? Let’s go!
