Do you feel the change of season in the air?
I find Autumn to be a funny transition. I tend to notice the blistering hot to all of a sudden relief – cooler temps. At least it feels that way. Now, Midwest weather is just like that from April – October. So, the day the season changes really doesn’t matter – it’s how the body realizes the change has occurred.
I use the impending change of season as an example of how we move through change in general, not only in grief. We notice a difference in a strong way and then there is something that gives a break, a relief.
