“… the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.” Galatians 5:22-23
Summer is in full swing. Our gardens are growing and bearing fruits. How about you? Are you tending to your garden?
Grief gardening is a tender attention to your growth. Are you learning? Are you gracious? Are you seeing other griefs in the world? How are you having gentleness with yourself or others in your life? Are you allowing love and joy into your life?
There is a fun song that says the “fruit of the Spirit is not a coconut” or a banana or grapes.. It’s the Spirit within you.
Take some time to reflect and journal about how these fruits are gifted to you by others or your actions in life.
