Activity: Get out and get moving… I’d like you to experience a bit of nature today. It’s completely up to you as to how long you are outdoors… 3 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours… Your choice. Complete a 5 minute Journal or a Drawing about your outdoor experience.
