The cornerstone of Living with Joy is understanding our own influence in our life. We are going to learn about Intentional Living this week and the next 7 weeks.
Intentional Living sets the tone for how we want to approach the world around us, our day, our relationships and even our in-passing interactions.
We all have seen that grumpy person in the grocery store or the person driving like a maniac. That may have even been ourselves! Regardless, there’s a reason why that person is inside their head and their focus is on hyperdrive within their own minds.
Negative, misunderstood, rude, uncooperative, ignored, under valued… is this how we want to go through our lives? Most likely not. However, we may come upon moments in the day or times in our lives we feel this way.
We all have choices in how we are going to think and respond. Our feelings give us clues. It’s awesome that we can use our thoughts to realign our feels. We don’t have to be that grump at the grocery store or the raging driver… There will always be things outside of our control. Our feelings, thoughts and actions are our own.
You have so much potential! Let’s take that first step in learning about setting Positive Intentions.
