Values are deep rooted.
Our values are at the core, the heart of our decisions, our comfort, our attraction toward or repelling away from all sorts of aspects in life.
Everyday decision are made due to your values. You move toward and away from conversations due to your values. Your friendships, conflicts, work preferences, and even the city or town you live have been influenced by your values.
We learn our values through our parents, families and communities. Interestingly, siblings in the same family may have different views of the same values based on their personal experiences.
We move from a place of simply reacting to the world around us to a place of knowing. Imagine the power of knowing how all sorts of life issues or decisions align with your values.
I just love this topic. Decisions, options or next steps have clarity and meaning once you understand what is Most Important, Important and Not Important to you.
