Power of Forward Motion

Breath to Breath… Moment to Moment… Day to Day…  This is all Forward Motion.

When times are the toughest, keep in mind that the moment will pass.  If you can, reach inside to gather insight… what is the bother beyond the loss?  This is the information that can guide you in your growth.  It’s okay to sit with the “not being okay”.  That is still Forward Motion!  

Sometimes it seems we are standing still, stuck or even going backwards.

You are never in the same space and time as you were before this moment.  You may feel upside down… though you are in motion by each breath you take.  

So, today, you are going to put your feet on the ground and just stand up.  Breathe in and out.  Then slow it down… breathe in and out… And take the day one step at a time.   If it’s simply getting out of bed, it counts.  

Every breath, moment, thought, step is motion all moving forward.

The video talks about the importance of actual movement… one foot in front of the other… I find a walk in nature extremely beneficial.
