You’ve gotten through your first year of Grief. Grief IS a part of your life. So? How you are doing? The Self Assessment score is SIMPLY a REFERENCE POINT. There are a few indicators that will direct you to reach out to a medical professional you will see as you go through the questions.

Look at the 1st, 4th, and 8th assessments to compare to today’s Assessment. Read your past writings about your awareness of past months. What do you see?
Journal or Reflect: Write about the process of your monitoring your grief over the past year. You are amazing!
