
Today, we switch gears a little bit. We are going to look at how you are doing within your grief. Grief is a part of you now. It’s a matter of how you’re living with grief changes over time, ebbs and flows, and you hold it in the present. Some time has past since the beginning of this program. It’s safe to say, your grief is evolving with each week.
You will take some time to explore these STORY PROMPS:
- How did you experience your grief soon after the death of your Loved One? What was that like?
- How would you explain your grief as you experience it today?
- If you could guess, what do you think grief will be like in a year from now?
Here is a handout that you can write or draw within as you explore your stories within your grief.
The steps will guide you through.
- Complete your Outline
- Complete your Thumbnail Sketch
- Hand write your story (Front and Back of only 1 sheet of paper)
- Listen to EFT Mediation to complete the process.

Today’s 1-Minute Calming/Grounding Exercise is the Brief Energy Correction (BEC) The video is exactly 1 minute and it will take you through the exercise slowly.
Continue the steps at your own pace for another 5-10 cycles as you need. Check in with your pain, your upset and measure it… Work to bring your upset down 3-5 points on a 10 point scale…
