
When we grieve, there are some days we can only function moment by moment. Some days we feel our time is not ours and we are focused on everything BUT our needs or our grief. Still other days may feel chaotic and we are in a whirlwind.
It can help to get a picture of you focus and how you are spending your valuable time and energy. A simple shift in your attention may get you back on track, regain perspective or help you move in your preferred direction.
This is another one of those activities that you can apply to any time in your life.
