After many losses in my life, I was wondering just that… Eventually, I learned about this concept that altered my way of spending time with others.
There are lines in The Cure song, Untitled that I truly connected with after experiencing sudden losses of two friends in high school. Maybe this will resonate with you too…
Never quite said what I wanted to say to you

And now the time has gone
I didn’t want to live like this… I want to say and be with and experience life with those that matter to me… I started to seek ways to connect with those most important in my life.
One winter night while completing an counseling internship, I learned exactly what I was looking for from a spunky woman who was grieving the loss of her husband. She introduced her understanding of Carefree Timelessness.
So many times, we WISH we would have spent more time or we would have done something different. I now had something to try. And now I’m sharing it with you because it has worked so well.
