A nice general online resource is Grief.com. David Kessler has created this site to help folks find local support as well as offer quality content for you. It’s a wonderful starting place.
Sudden Loss
Sudden loss happens all sorts of ways. You and I both know, this is a horrible truth about life. We are left with the reality of the fragility of life. Every moment counts.

Loss of Spouse/Partner
Losing a husband, wife or partner is devastating. This is a person with whom you choose to spend your time, life and love. Not all love relationships are “rosy” though there is a consistency in your everyday that now has a void.

Bereaved Parents
You have chosen to have children in your life. There seems to be an unnatural sequence in life to experience the loss of a child.
There is a number of organizations that are available to help you and be a support. Some may be focused on pregnancy loss or infant loss. Others are for any parent of any age child. Here are a few to get you started.
Sibling Loss
Your sibling has been part of your story for so long. You learned from each other; you grew together. Each brother or sister relationship is so different and unique. It’s important to have focus on your loss.
