
Becoming irritated or bothered is part of the human experience. You are becoming more aware of irky aspects of life. You may view may have changed since your loss. Your focus or approach to problems or daily challenges may be different too. Some issues may seem petty now, while other’s prove to be more challenging that you may have previously thought.
So let’s look at that a bit…
What’s your bother? What is getting under your skin. Be honest with yourself… I’m not going to judge you. I’d be surprised if you didn’t have anything that was bothering you.
We are going to look at what is that irk, that bother.
On the flip side, we will also look at what is going well for you. You have learned so many things already. Let’s take this opportunity to glimpse at how you’ve grown in your grief, too. It may help you address those bothers.
