Refunds Policy
Overview
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, please email your purchase confirmation email to contact@chartreusecenter.com. You will be notified of the your refund status through email.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Prorated return based on time in membership or progress in program.
Refunds
Sometimes we make a purchase error. Multiple purchases of a single product or a desire for a higher level of membership are instances where a refund is granted. Other situations are subject to approval process.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refundsIf you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Membership Exchanges
Membership exchanges are approved within the 30 days policy.
Gifted Memberships and Programs
Individual or Organizational gifts are non-refundable by the gift receiver. The gift giver will need to request the refund by emailing contact@chartreusecenter.com due to their purchasing error.
