Significant Loss is one of those times when we question who are we becoming… We are in a place of evolving.

Who am I now?

Restore Purpose after Loss Group is a general group. Loss comes in many ways including after a death of a Loved One, loss of a home, family changes, stages of life, career changes, or personal health.

This group is ideal for those curious and interested in life’s next steps – big or small. Purpose can be reduced to a single focus that drives your way of living or profound shift in world view. You will learn so much about yourself within your transition.

This group:

  • meets for 7 Weeks for 90 minutes each meeting
  • is a small group offered online
  • cost may be covered by insurance

    • You can expect:

  • Holistic view of life satisfaction and areas of growth
  • Observations of your self and the world around you
  • Plug into Values
  • Active engagement of trying new things – see if a “glove fits”
  • Grieve lost dreams and define new ones

    • Groups begin January, March, May, July, September, and November. Registration for the next group opens the beginning of the month prior.
